Our construction recruiting services include recruiting construction professionals for our client companies on a retained or contingency basis. A fee to Builders' Search is only due and payable, if and only if, we deliver! Our Construction Recruiters work with a sense of urgency, representing our clients with the utmost professionalism, ethics, and the highest regard for confidentiality.
NON-EXCLUSIVE CONTINGENCY SEARCH SERVICE
This is a non-exclusive relationship whereby the Employer may enlist the services of additional agencies and/or advertise on their own... A fee is only due and payable if a candidate presented by Builders' Search is hired by the Employer.
EXCLUSIVE CONTINGENCY SEARCH SERVICE
Employer agrees to an exclusive agency relationship for an agreed upon period of time. The exclusivity does not prevent the Employer from filling the position as a result of their direct recruiting efforts. The exclusivity pertains only to enlisting the services of additional agencies. A fee is only due and payable if a candidate presented by Builders' Search is hired by the Employer.
RETAINED SEARCH SERVICE
A retained search is an exclusive search assignment whereby a deposit is billed to the Employer at the beginning of the assignment as a non-refundable retainer and credited toward the final invoice upon search completion. The exclusivity applies only to enlisting the services of additional agencies. The exclusivity does not prevent the Employer from filling the position as a result of their direct recruiting efforts. The balance of the fee is only due and payable if a candidate presented by Builders' Search Group is hired by the Employer.
