Because skilled and talented construction professionals are a valuable commodity in our industry today, Builders’ Search has an ongoing program to assist in garnering the best talent in the industry, the Candidate Referral Program!  To participate in the program and earn referral fees for who you know, please carefully review the Guidelines, Payment Schedule, and Notices outlined below. Guidelines

The Candidate Referral Program provides a finder’s fee to those individuals giving Builders’ Search qualified candidates (construction professionals) that result in a placement by our company. You can enter as many names as you wish. The more information you can provide us initially, the better the probability of placement so please provide as much information as you can (at a minimum, please provide current contact information).

Since there may be duplication of names from other people providing referrals under the Candidate Referral Program, or by our own Recruiters efforts, Builders’ Search reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine if a Referral Fee is due, and to whom. 

Payment Schedule

Referral fees will be paid based on the salary of the individual placed. Fees will be paid after the candidate has begun working for the client company and remained in the position beyond whatever period is required for the fee paid to Builders’ Search Group, L.L.C., to be fully vested (generally 30 to 90 days).

Under $50,000 $  250
$ 50,000 - $ 70,000 $  500
$ 70,001 - $100,000 $  750
$100,001+ $1,000
 

Notices

  1. All referrals will be treated with absolute confidentiality and your name will never be mentioned or otherwise conveyed to any referral without your express permission.
  2. To ensure your referral is received and meets the program guidelines, referrals must be emailed to:  e-referrals@constructionjobsusa.com. 
  3. Builders' Search's Candidate Referral Program does not apply to any referred individual that Builders' Search is working with currently or has worked with in the past; is in Builders' Search's database; or approaches Builders' Search directly.
  4. In order to avoid the appearance of impropriety, the Candidate Referral Program is not available to persons whose primary responsibility is hiring for their own employer.
